Collective Cellar is a premium, exclusive, online wine shop. Access to Collective Cellar is restricted to members only.

There are no contracts to sign, no startup fees, and no membership cost. You have been given a Charter Membership, which is not available to the public, because you are a friend or family member of someone in the WineCollective group of companies.
You can expect to receive a handful of emails from us each year, highlighting rare wines, beers and spirits that are available for purchase. At all times during the year, the entire catalogue of available WineCollective and Canada Craft Club products will be available for you to purchase.
Once per year we will evaluate existing memberships and purchase patterns. If you have not made a purchase in the preceding year, your membership will be rescinded and cancelled. This is to keep membership levels restricted so that we can provide a VIP experience to all Collective Cellar members.

We are only presenting you with the best of the best. All products listed on Collective Cellar have been carefully selected by professionals. We will offer a broad range of products, from amazing value and everyday drinkers, to the exceptional, rare and exclusive. If you receive a bottle that has been tainted or damaged, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution. Unfortunately, because of the sensitivity of products, we are unable to offer refunds and will only be able to address concerns on products received within the 30 day window.
All orders are shipped, by default, with Loomis Express. If you would like to request an alternate courier or service, please contact vip@winecollective.ca. Visit the shipping page for more details regarding deliveries and couriers.
Additionally, you can always pick up your order from Highfield at no cost.
Once you have selected and paid for products from the Collective Cellar store, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. All sales are final.
Collective Cellar has very high privacy standards. We will never sell your information, ever. Read more in our Privacy Policy. Collective Cellar’s purchase system is secured with SSL encryption, look for the picture of a lock in your browser during checkout.
Your order will ship within 1-7 days. Please refer to the shipping details page to view the estimated delivery time.
Yes. You can select the address when complete your order, and ship anywhere you like. If you would like to change the default address on your account, you can login and update the delivery info.
No. You can order as much or as little as you want. Additionally, you can order multiple cases of the same product if you wish, capped only at the wine’s availability. Wine can only be purchased for personal consumption and can’t be re-sold.
Reach out to us if you missed out on something, we will do our best to source more for you. If we can not access more, we can make recommendations on alternate products.

If the product is listed in Alberta we can often arrange to secure a case (or more) for you. If the product is not available in Alberta we can look to bring the product in for you with a minimum purchase requirement.
